Hi, I'm Shaun. For 20+ years I've worked in cybersecurity, and these days I spend most of that time helping organizations make sense of Microsoft 365 GCC High. Regulated cloud is a strange world. The frameworks (CMMC, ITAR, FedRAMP) are dense, the stakes are high, and the path forward is rarely obvious. My job is to make it obvious — translating the requirements into architectures that actually work, and guiding teams through the messy middle of getting there. I've walked several defense industrial base contractors through CMMC Level 2, and I've learned that the hard part is almost never the technology, it's the alignment.
